Is it just me or is Christmas barreling down on us?
I suppose it’s because Thanksgiving was so late in the year. It leaves so much less time for holiday baking. Thank goodness my Christmas cards are done and most of my shopping is done.

I realize these are not actual recipes. I like to think of them as serving suggestions. If you need specific measurement instructions to make a s’more than you need more help than I can give you. . .no offense, of course.Last weekend Tim and I headed out to camp again with a group of great friends. This is not the most beautiful dish I’ve ever made. Thank goodness it tastes better than it looks.
And really it looks better in person than it does in these pictures. I’ve had this problem before. Some chocolate goodies just don’t translate into yummy looking photos.
