Marshmallow Fluff Hot Chocolate

Valentine’s Day is upon us and I have to admit, I love it. I love to eat chocolate, drink wine, whisper sweet nothings to Tim. I love cheesy Valentine’s, red foil wrapped chocolate kisses, holding hands, hearts, flowers, and the excuse to spend more quality time with my darling. I’m a secret sap. Shhhhhhhhh.

In honor of the love holiday I made you some sweet, marshmallowy and choco-licious hot chocolate. You know, to show you I love you. Chocolate is a gift that really says ‘I love you’. That’s the reason I continue to make my dad a chocolate cake in the shape of a heart every Valentine’s Day.

Chocolate Mint Fudge

With just a few days until Christmas, let’s talk a little about candy. Buttercup Squash Pound Cake

I guess I’ve dragged my feet long enough on fall baking. I miss fresh tomatoes, basil, cucumbers & zucchini already. And warmth, I miss warmth. Where has my summer gone? I can’t believe it’s August. I’ve barely even shared with you this summer. Recipes or stories about how I am an outdoors woman now!Banana Peanut Butter PopsiclesIt’s true.
