I love a good truffle. All kinds. And since it’s the holidays, I feel justified in making them because I can give them away and not eat 3 dozen by myself.
It could happen. I made some boozy truffles one year and I might have eaten more than I gave away. What can I say, I like candy and booze! Win win!
