Now what should you do with the granola you made yesterday? Besides pour a big bowl, slop on some almond milk and dig in? How about a parfait. You know I love the Greek yogurt.
Raspberries and blackberries are super yummy in yogurt. And once you add a little crunch from the granola. . mmmm. Yum. These are the breakfasts that make me the very happiest!
Breakfast in a pretty glass is a nice treat. These are the exact glasses they used at this mexican restaurant close to where I lived in college. There were many evenings that my friends and I would go have one of their super cheap and giant margaritas and take advantage of their free happy hour nacho bar. Cheap college dinner.
Then for Christmas my roommate bought me 4 of the same margarita glasses. I always think back on those happy hour dinners whenever I use them. Not many places serve free happy hour food these days. How sad.
Doesn’t breakfast look better in a giant margarita glass? I think it puts a special spin to it. Enjoy your breakfast!
